Gastonia, N.C. – Customers of PSNC Energy, a wholly owned subsidiary of Dominion Energy, gave the utility high marks as one of the “Easiest to do Business With” among the country’s largest energy providers.
In the past few years, PSNC Energy has made a number of customer service improvements, such as launching a mobile-friendly website with live chat assistance, adding customer service on social media and expanding payment arrangement options.
“This is the first time we’ve received this designation and it demonstrates our customers are pleased with our customer service enhancements,” said Terina Cronin, PSNC Energy General Manager of Customer Service. “We offer more self-service and on-the-go options than ever before to make doing business with us more convenient.”
The study surveyed a representative sampling of over 61,000 residential customers from 140 utilities. Only 33 utilities received the “Easiest Utility to do Business With" designation. Cogent Reports™ the syndicated research division at Market Strategies International-Morpace conducted the survey and published the results.
