GASTONIA, N.C. (Dec. 11, 2018) - PSNC Energy has been named a “Customer Champion” among industry peers for the fifth consecutive year, according to a leading research firm.
PSNC Energy ranked 6th nationally among natural gas-only utilities and was only one of 33 gas and electric utilities designated a 2018 “Customer Champion” in this year’s Utility Trusted Brand & Customer Engagement™: Residential Cogent Reports™ study by Market Strategies International-Morpace. Market Strategies-Morpace interviewed a representative sampling of nearly 60,000 residential customers of the 132 largest U.S. utilities.
“Our goal is to provide safe, reliable energy and exceptional customer service to our North Carolina customers every day,” said Shaun Randall, vice president of operations for PSNC Energy. “The Customer Champion awards tells us our customers are pleased with how we provide the energy they need to fuel their lives.”
Customer Champions were selected for top scores in customer engagement, encompassing brand trust, service satisfaction and product experience. Cogent Reports, the syndicated research division at Market Strategies International, published the results.
