PSNC Energy provides a variety of ways for you to pay your company’s natural gas bill. If you prefer not to use one of our convenient online options like eDraft or ePay, you can use either of the following:
Pay by Phone
Pick up the phone and pay your PSNC Energy bill any time, day or night. Simply call toll-free at 1-800-450-9159 and follow the prompts. You can use your Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Electronic Check or ATM Debit card through BillMatrix, a secure, automated telephone payment system. (BillMatrix assesses a $3.50 fee for this service.) It’s fast, easy and available 24 hours a day! BillMatrix allows five transactions, up to a maximum of $600 each, in a 30-day period.
Pay by Mail
Just send your payment to us at the address below (yes, it goes to South Carolina) by the due date noted on your bill.
