Tankless water heater systems are backed with a 12-year limited warranty on the heat exchanger, 5 years on the remainder of parts, and 1 or 5 years of labor (depending on the brand) compared to a 3 to 6 year warranty on standard electric hot water tanks.

There is no advantage to customers of PSNC Energy if they buy these products or services from PSNC Energy. A customer does not have to buy such products or services in order to continue to receive the same safe and reliable natural gas service from PSNC Energy.
