What is the Rinnai® Tankless Water Heating System?
Unlike antiquated hot water tanks that heat and reheat the same water 24 hours a day, the Rinnai water heater is a more efficient way to heat water. It's a tankless system that heats water quickly and delivers an endless supply of hot water for as long as you need it.
How Does Tankless Water Heating Work?
When hot water is needed, the Rinnai senses the demand for hot water and activates the gas burner system. It instantly takes the temperature of the incoming water and adjusts the gas burners to efficiently heat the water to your desired temperature.
Tankless Water Heater Tax Credit
Now, homeowners who purchase and install a qualifying Rinnai tankless water heater between Jan. 1, 2009 and Dec. 31, 2010, will now be eligible for a tax credit equal to 30% of the full purchase and installation price up to a maximum credit of $1500. For details, visit www.energystar.gov.
