Your Payment Stub is located at the top of your statement.

Amount Due/Draft Amount On: If you're participating in our Electronic Banking Service, you'll see the total amount drafted from your account and the date. Otherwise, this will display your amount due.

If you're on our Easy Payment Plan (EPP) this amount due is your EPP amount.

Below it you will see the total current account balance. This will help you keep up with the difference between your EPP payment and how much energy you're actually using.

This section also includes your account number and your total amount due. Make sure you fill in the amount you're enclosing, and include your account number on your check or money order if that's how you'll be paying. Please be sure to return the payment stub with your payment.

Next you'll see:

Your statement date, account number and name and service address.

Activation Code: If you have not yet registered to access your account online, we will provide an activation code that will enable you to register. Once you've registered, this activation code will no longer print on your bill.

On the left side of your statement you'll see information on your gas meter reading and usage.

This section shows how your current bill compares to your bill from the same month last year. It also tells you when we read your meter and when we will read it again.

This section shows your charges for natural gas.

It includes your rate plan (show) and the type of service you have – residential or commercial.

You'll see the billing period.

Your meter reading.

Other charges appear below. The amount shown for Total Gas Charges is not the total amount due.

This section summarizes all your charges, as well as any balance brought forward from a previous bill.

The Total Amount Due appears on the bottom line.

If you're an EPP customer, this amount will reflect your EPP amount plus any miscellaneous unregulated charges from your bill.
