Thank you for submitting your PSNC Energy Customer Survey online. Your survey has been received and your name has been entered into our drawing for a pull-along cooler. Winners will be notified either by phone # or e-mail.

Rules and Eligibility

Appliance repair survey forms submitted online are automatically entered into our drawing if all required information on the online form is completed.

Monthly eligibility: Drawings will be held on the 10th business day of each month for all entries received during the preceding month. For example, if your entry is received any date during April, you will be eligible for the drawing on the 10th business day of May.

The winner will be notified by phone, and their prize mailed to them.

No purchase is necessary to enter the drawing. As an alternative to entering online, you may submit a written request for an entry form from PSNC Energy by sending a self-addressed stamped envelope to:

PSNC Energy appliance sales, installation, maintenance, and repair are not a part of the regulated services offered by PSNC Energy and are not in any way sanctioned by the North Carolina Utilities Commission. There is no advantage to customers of PSNC Energy if they buy these products or services from PSNC Energy. A customer does not have to buy such products or services in order to continue to receive the same safe and reliable natural gas service from PSNC Energy.
