It's easy to set up your natural gas service with PSNC Energy. You can even sign up online. 

First, have the following information available:

• Your complete address, including city, where you would like service
• Your mailing address, if different than the address where you want service
• Your phone number
• Current occupant name/meter number
• Your Social Security number or tax ID
• If applicable, your spouse's name and Social Security number
• Your drivers license number and expiration date
• The name of a contact person and a phone number
• If applicable, your landlord’s name

Next, the person who will be responsible for the account should call
1-877-776-2427. An interpreter is available if needed. We'll let you know if anything else is needed and what to expect. A deposit may be required.

When you sign up online, we'll send you a confirmation e-mail with the details of your new service.
