Gas service back on for most Biltmore Lake residents
PSNC Energy service crews continue to go door-to-door to turn meters on and relight pilot lights for residential customers in the Biltmore Lake area. Approximately 650 of the 700 customers who lost service on Friday night have had their service restored.

PSNC Energy service crews will spend the rest of Sunday afternoon and evening revisiting residences where no one was at home on Saturday. Company personnel are also working to contact homeowners who reside out of state during the winter months.

PSNC Energy has not yet determined what caused Friday's pipeline leak and resulting fire but continues to investigate the incident.
