Third Party Notification
PSNC Energy's third-party notification program provides a safety net by allowing customers to provide the name and address of another individual —a family member, friend or neighbor — who can be notified by mail, along with the customer, when an account becomes delinquent.

Third party notification is particularly beneficial to people with elderly parents who are PSNC Energy customers, or the parents of college students who are taking on bill-paying responsibilities for the first time. It's a helpful mechanism for making sure someone is aware of their situation if a bill is past due and service is scheduled to be shut off, especially during extreme weather conditions.
