How can I contribute to Heat Care Fund?

The Salvation Army Heat Care Fund was initiated by PSNC Energy in 1983 as a partnership between the company and The Salvation Army. This program provides heating bill assistance to low-income individuals and families residing in PSNC Energy’s 28-county service territory – regardless of the type of heating fuel used. Each fall PSNC Energy makes a corporate contribution to Heat Care and provides matching funds for contributions made by employees, customers and non-customers. All donations are tax-deductible. 

You can contribute to Heat Care online or submit a Heat Care contribution form by mail to the address below. If you choose to make an ongoing donation, your next PSNC Energy bill will indicate the amount you plan to donate each month. This amount will be added to your PSNC Energy bills. If you choose to make a one-time contribution or if you are not a PSNC Energy customer, please include a separate check, payable to The Salvation Army Heat Care Fund, with your completed form.
