Call toll-free at 1-877-776-2427, and a Customer Service representative will assist you. Customer Service representatives are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. When you call, please provide your start and stop dates. You can keep the service on at both addresses while moving. Service orders are met Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, and we need at least one business day’s notice to schedule an order.
