First, have the following information available:
- Your complete address, including city, where you would like service
- Your mailing address, if different than the address where you want service
- Your phone number
- Your Social Security number or tax ID
- Your driver's license number and expiration date
- If applicable, your spouse's name and Social Security number
- The name of a contact person and a phone number
- If applicable, your landlord’s name
Next, call toll-free 1-877-776-2427. An interpreter is available if needed. (The person responsible for the account must make the call.) We’ll let you know if anything else is needed and what to expect. A deposit may be required.
