Usually, your monthly EPP will not change during the year. However, an adjustment to your EPP may be necessary under certain circumstances, such as:
- Your billing rate changes.
- You add or eliminate equipment resulting in dramatic increases or reductions in your natural gas usage.
- Your natural gas usage changes significantly due to weather abnormalities.
After 12 months, we'll recalculate your bill based on your actual usage at the current rate.
