If your total payments using the Easy Payment Plan are less than your actual billing amount at the end of 12 months, you can either pay the difference in full or have the difference added to your recalculated EPP for the next 12 months. For our draft customers, the calculations will happen automatically to adjust the draft amount.
If the total amount you paid is more than your actual billing amount, then we'll apply that amount to your recalculated EPP for the next 12 months.
