What happens if my Budget Billing payments are different from my actual billing amount?
If your total payments using Budget Billing are less than your actual billing amount at the end of 12 months, you can either pay the difference in full or have the difference added to your recalculated amount for the next 12 months. For our draft customers, the calculations will happen automatically to adjust the draft amount.

If the total amount you paid is more than your actual billing amount, then we'll apply that amount to your recalculated Budget Billing amount for the next 12 months.
