How can I stop receiving paper bills?
We offer paperless billing to customers who have registered their online account and are currently enrolled in one of our online payment options. (See “How do I sign up for online account access?”)

To view your payment options, select your account type:


Small/Medium Business

Large Business

You can also request an additional payment reminder e-mail by logging in to your online account, and selecting Account Preferences within your Account Management.
