We offer paperless billing to customers who have registered their online account and are currently enrolled in one of our online payment options, ePay or eDraft. (See “How do I sign up for online account access?”) By enrolling in ePay or eDraft, your Billing Preference is automatically changed to email only.
You can also request an additional payment reminder e-mail in your Account Preferences within your Account Management.
