What is an activation code and how do I get one?
If you’re a residential customer, you’ll find your activation code on the left side of your gas bill.

If you can’t locate your activation code or don’t have a copy of your bill, call our 24-hour Customer Service Center toll-free at 1-877-776-2427 for assistance. Due to our confidentiality policy, we are unable to send your activation code to you via e-mail.

If you are a non-residential customer, please call one of our Customer Service representatives toll-free at 1-877-776-2427 for assistance.
